Letty Treviño began her career on the manufacturing floor in optics production, where she developed a solid foundation in technical processes and precision work. Her keen eye for detail and commitment to quality led her to a role in quality inspection, ensuring that products met the highest standards. Leveraging her technical expertise, Letty transitioned into the sales and marketing department, where she has excelled as a Sales Engineer with demonstrated success in the plastics industry.



With 25 years of experience, Letty possesses extensive technical knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality standards. She is well-versed in market segments and pricing models and has completed numerous technical programs and continuing education certificates. An active member of SPIE’s Women In Optics cohort and the Optical Society of Southern California (OSSC), Letty is skilled in account management, continuous improvement, ISO standards, optics, and product marketing. Her strategic approach and technical expertise have solidified her reputation as a strong sales professional dedicated to achieving outstanding results.
