VALUES & QUALITY POLICY
Commitment and Optimism
We strongly believe in what we do and commit to doing whatever it takes to achieve our mission. We know that our positive attitude controls our outcome. We can only achieve our goals with a positive attitude and cheerful mindset that starts the minute we walk in the door.
We value the importance of sharing information effectively with our customers and among ourselves, in support of our customers. We engage in a healthy debate and then move on without holding grudges.
Teamwork and Balance
We value cooperation in achieving a common goal that supports both our customers’ and our success. When times are tough, we pull together to support each other for our customer’s benefit. We have each other’s backs and do not let our co-workers or customers down. We take care of ourselves, both mentally and physically. We balance work and life to achieve success at work and maintain relationships with family and friends. Life is short, so have some fun; a good practical joke, a silly contest, or a night out together strengthens our family.
We measure our performance and recognize and reward top performers. Superstars deserve a pat on the back. Underachievers must improve or they are cut from the team.
Our word is our bond. We do what we say we are going to do and do the right thing, regardless of whose interest is served. We work hard to foster pride in everything we do. Our customers can count on us to do it right the first time and to deliver on time. For this reason, we invest in cutting edge technology and skills training to remain competitive and efficient.
Diverse Optics is committed to continuous improvement and overall customer satisfaction by conforming to customers’ specifications and delivery as promised.
